If someone asked you right now how you know your AI feature is still working well, could you answer with a number — or would you say "it seems fine"?
"It seems fine" is the answer of a demo. A number — accuracy against a golden set, retrieval precision, cost per query, latency at p95 — is the answer of a production system.
Most founders I talk to don't need a bigger model. They need the second answer. That's usually a few weeks of focused work, not a rebuild.
